14-Day Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unused and in a resalable condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories where possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days, although this may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by UK consumer law.
Late Returns
Returns requested or received after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.
If you contact us outside of the 14-day period, we reserve the right to refuse the return and no refund will be issued.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

You may be asked to provide photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law
